This service provides a existing-business client with the most valuable information possible. Our senior consultant Mr. Groot will first spend time understanding the client's needs, then put together a plan of action with a timeline for location visit and after returning to his office will complete his report and submit it to the client.
This service includes the following:2. Set up timing with client for location visit.
3. 2 days onsite observing and evaluating of all operations.
4. Oral briefing with client before leaving location.
5. Full written report with observation notes, comments, and detailed client action plan (typically 15-30 page report submitted within 7 days).
a. Physical location (appearance, cleanliness, layout, flow, etc.).
b. Product evaluation (quality, appeal, selection, prices, etc.).
c. Service evaluation (management, staff, customer service, etc.).
d. Operational controls (inventory, training, daily operations, etc.).
e. Financial controls (cost of goods, labor, budgeting, etc.).
f. Marketing (past/current marketing, community outreach, etc.).
g. Customized 3-6 month action plan for client implementation.
7. Ongoing client support for all report related issues after service is provided.
This service and the information it provides will pay for itself within a short time after the client implementation has begun. From cost savings to operational improvements to additional revenue, the changes will benefit the bottom line quickly and long term. The savings/additional revenues continue for years to come multiplying the benefit over and over.
Cost - $3600 (plus all travel related expenses).
