Pricing
OnTrack Coffee Consulting fees are based on who is involved in the project (consultant, trainer or both), the amount of time required to complete the project, and whether the work can be done from our offices or requires travel to location (client responsible for all travel related expenses - if applicable, travel days billed at 1/2 project day rate).

Project pricing; fees vary depending on the complexity, scope and duration of services needed. Service based on a day rate of $1200/day, plus travel expenses.
Pre-opening Financial Evaluation - $1,650
Business Plan Development - $1,350

Design and Layout
- $500 for Plan Review service.

Store Opening Assistance
Project pricing; fees vary depending on the duration of services needed. Service based on a day rate of $1200/day plus travel expenses, for senior consultant at your location.
Pre-Opening Training
Project pricing; fees vary depending on the number of staff to be trained and duration of training. Service based on a day rate of $1000/day plus travel expenses, for trainer at your location. Training at our location is $800/day.(*some projects require both a senior consultant and a trainer for a combined Store Opening/Staff Training. Typically, this service is discounted to $1800/day plus travel related expenses.)
Menu Development and Drink Pricing
Project pricing; fees vary depending on the complexity, scope and duration of services needed. Service based on a day rate of $1200/day.
Menu Board Creation
Project pricing; fees vary depending on the size and number of menu boards needed. Includes initial design, 2 revisions and final boards in Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF or other file format. Price range varies, but typical is between $800 and $1500. Printed boards typically range between $150 and $300. Frames typically range between $200 and $300.
