Jack Groot
Jack, born and raised in West Michigan, has been in the Food and Beverage Industry since 1978. He has worked in most every job in food service including work at a 4 star/4 diamond hotel, a college cafeteria and independent restaurants. He graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Food Service Management in 1983. From there he worked in food service and then the automotive industry before opening his first business in 1993. Jack has created multiple F&B concepts, franchised one of them, sold it and still owns and oversees JP's Coffee in Holland, MI.
